Food for You at Thailand International Balloon Festival 2018

The Thailand International Balloon Festival 2018 is once again gearing up for another year of great fun, with balloons from across the world flying high in the Chiang Mai sky, along with exciting activities, and most importantly great food, for all of the event’s visitors.

Papatsorn Na Chiengmai, also known as Chef Tutu is well known for the Kampanengkaew Restaurant at Maiiam Contemporary Art Museum and his own restaurant Food for You. As a part of the International Balloon Festival, Food for You is bringing Chef Tutu’s famous tastes and dishes to the event, from early morning as balloons start to inflate, till evening as the sun goes down.

In addition to the great tastes of Food for You, Chef Tutu is also teaming up with Hillkoff to create some special dishes for the event, combining the unique tastes of local tea and coffee to bring some spectacular dishes such as the special baked pork which uses Hillkoff coffee beans when baking that are then repurposed for a sauce, and a curious tea and tom yum fusion soup. The event will run from March 2 to 4, 2018 and is well worth a visit for anyone looking for something exciting and different to do in town next month.
