Indie Folk for ‘In-Need’ Folks (For Bandekdee’s Little Angels)

This Christmas, join us and stand by the in-need children in Northern Thailand, as Indie Folk and Rock exchange notes at your favourite ThaPae East, Venue for Creative Arts. Whatever beverage you buy at this event, ThaPae East will be donating 20% of the sales to ‘Bandekdee Orphanage’. We shall also have a donation box and a Christmas special Santa’s box, where you could donate old clothes, toys, books and your blessings! We will appreciate all your contributions, and above all, your presence for supporting the cause! Let’s all bring Santa and the Elves alive for the children who need them the most! Merry Christmas in advance!

Bandekdee Orphanage is a private children’s home located in Chiang Mai. It was founded by Manop Jaocharoen and is managed with his wife Tiwaporn. They currently care for 27 children, ages 9-16 years old. The children are primarily from the hill tribe, and have experienced various difficulties early in life: poverty, parents with addiction, loss, and other trauma. They have come to Bandekdee for a better future– going to school, receiving 3 meals per day, and becoming involved in sports, church, creative arts, and the world around them. The money we shall be receiving on this event will go the scholarship funds at Bandekdee. Thank you all for the love and the support!
