Six-course festive set menu at 137 Pillars House Chiang Mai

Celebrate the season with our six-course festive set menu. The meal begins with soy marinated butter fish with lime, orange, mint leaves and shallots following by pumpkin soup and compressed watermelon and mango yolk salad.

For main dishes, choose from pan-seared tiger prawn and roast Angus veal served with whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and sweet wine jus; grilled Kurobuta pork neck served with rice croquettes and Panang red-curry sauce or roast chicken served with whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and chicken jus. Conclude with a delicate pavlova passion fruit curd served with strawberry ice cream. The festive set menu is available from Wednesday, 1 December 2021 to Sunday, 2 January 2022, lunch starts from noon to 3 p.m. and dinner starts from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Palette, at a special price of THB 1,370 per person excluding service charge and government tax.
