The top 100 chef in the word 2010. Chef who gained numerous experiences from several 3-Star-Michelin Restaurants before joining “Le Normandie Restaurant” at Mandarin Oriental in 2005. With his passion and skills, he had the opportunity to work as an Executive Sous Chef at “Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi”, Chiang Mai before taking part in Pacific City Club, the most exclusive member club in Bangkok as the “Executive Chef”

A Thai national, worked in the five stars hospitality in Thailand, training and guidance by Chef ‘CARLOS’. And trained in the 1 Michelin Star ‘Het Gabar Restaurant’ in Belgium. and recently won the title of “Winning Challenger Chef” from the popular Thai TV cooking competition show ‘The Iron Chef Thailand’.
