Celebrate the joy of the season through our Christmas feasts, specially curated by Chef Guillaume. Indulge in his traditional favorites, such as the wide palette of French pâtés, an invaluable legacy of Chef Guillaume’s Grandma’s recipes, the slow-roasted free range turkey with all its condiments, the maple-glazed house-smoked Norwegian salmon, the succulent rosemary prime rib, the moist and flavorful AUS beef fillet Wellington, together with a lavish charcoal-fired barbecue, featuring an extensive selection of meats and seafood. The festive desserts station, curated by Chef Peter, will be the icing on the cake of an enchanting dining journey*. 

Christmas carolers will convey the season’s vibe, completed by the unmissable visit from Santa Claus, for the joy of the big and little ones.
