Take a tour of the old city, indulge in Tai ethnic cuisine, visit the Kalm Museum, and explore disappearing local dishes like “Kai Kwaam” and “Nam Tap.”

Zone B: Northern Thai and Thai Cuisine
Delight in authentic Northern Thai delicacies that are hard to come by, savor local recipes like Chiang Mai-style larb, and enjoy dishes from all four regions of Thailand.

Zone I: Chef’s Table
In the evening, join us for an exploration of the culinary cultures of various ethnic groups in the region of Suan Phueng. Sample a “Cross Roads” menu with 7 dishes and 14 flavors curated by Chef LADY GOO GOO, Chef Nan Rinmet Thai Sutachit, and Chef Mae Raming from the Huen Soerng House.
