Red Cross and Winter Fair + OTOP 2019

This annual event usually has a big funfair and lots of stalls selling food etc, plus OTOP products.

There is also a Miss Chiang Mai Beauty Contest. Lots of music entertainment including Lanna performances, Chiang Mai Youth Orchestra and and national Thai performers
