Opening Day of Nimmanhaemindha Arts Promenade, which will be on until 3 February on Nimmanhaemindha Soi 1. As well as lot of stalls; often selling unique products only to be found at NAP, there are plenty of food outlets, ArtMai have a beer garden, plus in the evenings entertainment on the main stage.
