New Menu at Cross Riverside

Local media were invited to the launch of the new menu at Oxygen Dining Room, Cross Riverside, starting from 1 April 2022. The executive chef “Khem” has created some outstanding menus, of which some won on Iron Chef 2022.

Guests can choose between a ‘Thai Menu’ seven courses for 1250 THB with additional 990 THB including 3 glasses wine pairing // ‘Degustation Menu’ six courses for 2300 THB with additional 1600 THB with 5 glass wine pairing or 990 THB with 3 glass wine pairing // ‘Experience Menu’ eight courses for 3000 THB with additional 1800 THB with 6 glass wine pairing or 990 THB glass wine pairing (*all prices are ++). Guests can also choose à la carte.

So many dishes to choose from: some highlights include Roulade Sea Bass with Northern Thai Herbs, Fine De Claire Oyster & Yuzu Granita // Potato Gnocchi Chicken and Khaosoi Sauce // Smoked Lobster Ravioli and Lobster Sauce // Pan Seared Foie Gras with Crème De Cassis Sauce // Financier & Caramelized Chinese Radish, Mascarpone Cream, Smoked Coconut Tuile and Coconut Ice Cream, to name but a few….
