A private ‘Afternoon Tea by the River’ with Monsoon Tea at The Consul’s Garden. The theme of the afternoon tea was “Colonial British Style” as The Consul’s Garden used to be part of the residence of the first British Consul to Chiang Mai, William Alfred Rae Wood.
