Local media were invited to the opening night of the ALL NEW Italian Dinner Buffet Friday Nights at Allegro, Dhara Dhevi Resort. Every Friday night in November from 6pm until 10.30pm. Guests choose from an extensive range of pizzas, cold meats, salads and cheeses. The main course is made to order and the choices are Filetto di Branzino (grilled sea bass fillet with saffron mashed potato and pescatora sauce with capers, black olives and sundried tomato sauce), Tagliato do Manzo (Argentinean Black Angus grilled rib eye 120 grams with red wine shallot sauce, thyme roasted potatoes and wild rocket greens), Filetto di Salmone Arrosto (Salmon fillet with saffron and white wine sauce), Suprema di Pollo (Sous vide and roasted chicken breast with muchroom sauce.
