International Kings Parade Group Meets the Governor of Chiang Mai Pawin Chamniprasart to discuss the 5th International We Love the King Parade. December 3 The 5th International We Love the King Parade & Concert. The festivities will start at JJ Market at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 3. We will assemble and then parade down to Tha Pae Gate for a beautiful candlelight ceremony followed by dances, performances and fireworks from 5 p.m. onward. Members of the international community, groups, clubs, schools, residents, guests who live, study, and work in Thailand, as well as hill tribe groups are invited to join the Thai people in friendship and joy to promote harmony in Chiang Mai and Thailand. Please wear pink or your national costume for the event.
