Press conference and signing ceremony between The Institute of Culinary Art (ICA) and Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai Dr. Yingsak Jonglertjesdawong represented ICA and Tjeert Kwant the Promenada Resort Mall. Dr. Yingsak explained that “ICA determines to develop our courses to meet international standard with the student-centered teaching approach, which emphasis the true culinary arts on the basis of the best quality and taste”. Tjeert Kwant said “We would like PROM to become the culinary destination in Chiang Mai, the meeting place of food lovers. Dr. Yingsak is a very valuable factor in achieving this goal with his ICA, food festivals,cooking shows amd much more”.
