Full Moon Brewworks ‘Beer Pairing’ at Parc Borough. Full Moon comes from Phuket and started brewing beer in 2007; the first Full Moon Brewworks opening in November 2010. Guests got to sample some of their ranges such as the Chalawan Pale Ale, Andaman Phuket Dark Ale, Bussaba Ex Weisse, Chatri IPA each paired with local Thai food canapés.
