Celebration Dinner at X2 Riverside Resort

Local media were invited to the Oxygen Restaurant, X2 Riverside Resort to celebrate the success at ‘So Amazing Thailand Chefs Competition at the Sofitel in Bangkok. Chef Nicolas already a Michelin chef won the public award and our executive chef Alexander Demard the jury award. Oxygen Restaurant was also given a certificate in recognition as one of the best restaurants of coverted Thailand Tatler  2018. The dinner also launched the new Oxygen menu and guests were treated to Organic Egg Khao Kha Moo (interpretation of the famous Thai Khao Kha moo), Ceviche Seabass Somtam (Green papaya, carrots and peanuts), Oxygen Larb Muang Tord (Crispy marinated pork croquette with Thai spices), Khao Soi Gai (Chef Nicolas interpretation of the famous chick noodle curry) and Chef Alex’s Mango Sticky Rice (Mango, crispy rice with an airy coconut tuile) For more details contact https://x2resorts.com/resorts/chiang-mai-riverside/
