Balloons Fly Above Chiang Mai

About 15 balloons flew over Chiang Mai, starting at Payap University and finishing at Nong Hoi at the begining of the Thailand Balloon Festival 2016. A repeat performance will take place on Saturday morning at approx 6.45am at day break.

At Payap University today, Friday 4 March and Saturday 5 March, during the day there will be various workshops, and in the evening plenty of music and entertainment including the Night Glow at 9pm each evening; the balloons lit up in unison with a full orchestra. . Many top hotels and restaurants will be represented offering an array of food and drinks
