Mayor and Vice Governor Declare Anti-Corruption Message

CityNews – Chiang Mai Vice Governor Mongkol Suksai and Boonlert Buranupakorn, Mayor of Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organisation, held a campaign against corruption at Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre on December 9.

The Governor and the Mayor were joined by police, military, other authorities, residents and students, to declare their heartfelt intentions against corruption, according to Thailand’s International Anti-Corruption Day.

The declaration against corruption was made across the country, with the Prime Minister, General Prayuth Chan-ocha leading the event in Bangkok.

According to Chiang Mai Vice Governor Mongkol, the government led by General Prayuth, has emphasised on corruption problem solving and considers it a national agenda, aiming to cooperate with all sectors to examine, prevent, and eradicate corruption.
