CityNews – A passenger heading to a wedding died in a fatal crash in Mae Chaem.
On February 17th, a pick up truck travelling from Saraphi to Mae Chaem crashed. Four passengers were injured and one of them, a 50 year old woman, died at a hospital. Passengers were heading to a wedding. Police concluded that the driver was not familiar with the road kept using the break, which was worn and finally no longer worked. The car overshot a curve, leading to the accident and death of the one woman.
