Warm Heart, a local community-led non-profit organization has been selected to participate in a two-week crowdfunding campaign starting on February 28 and running through March 14. Winners of the competition will share funds raised by Global Giving’s monthly Girls Fund campaign for a full year. The top 4 campaigns with the greatest number of unique donors will be named the winners.
“This is a great opportunity to help fund the higher education costs for our high achieving girls working towards a meaningful career” explained Evelind Schecter, co-founder of Warm Heart. “We currently have 12 girls in higher education, with at least another 30 girls following in their footsteps”.
Each unique donation counts as a vote. Warm Heart is hoping the members of our community will support them with a vote made by a donation to their campaign, even if it is only 10 dollars. Their campaign can be found at
