CityNews – On July 22nd, a boat captain called the police after discovering a body in the Pin River, near the Pa Tan Bridge.

After the call was made, police arrived at the specified location but the body was not there. After teams were sent out to find the body, it was soon found roughly 400m downstream near Wat Sikong.

The body was that of a man believed to be in his 50s but is currently unidentified.

Police say the body had no injuries and was dead for at least two days. Police suspect he may have drowned and have concluded that the death was probably an accident.
