A speeding truck carrying garbage driving along the Sompoch Chiang Mai 700 year road (second ring road) toppled over as it was approaching the Provincial Hall, spewing rubbish all over the road.
Traffic was stopped for over an hour this morning as all the garbage was cleaned up.
