CityNews – It was reported in The Nation May 16th that the Education Ministry of Thailand had finally come to terms with letting Thai students let their hair down. Presently school students must wear their hair according to standards set by the government, but times they are a changing.
The Education Minister of Thailand, Phongthep Thepkanjana, announced that if a new proposal apropos hair standards is approved next week students will be able to do what they want with their heads for the new term 2013.
