The top of Doi Inthanon saw temperatures drop to 8 degrees Celsius while the popular tourist destination of Kew Mae Pan, slated to reopen on the 1st November, had temperatures as low as 7 degrees Celsius.
With more tourists heading up north, the tourism industry is looking forward to, if not a successful high season, then at least some more business over the coming months.
