A clip has gone viral after a man posted about his ongoing battle to get the Hangout Club in Santitham to lower its noises and close at 11pm, in accordance with the law.
“My condo overlooks this pub and for eight months now I have been complaining about the noise,” said Somnuk Klinfung, 46. “Sometimes they go on until three or even six in the morning!”
Somnuk has a 17 year old son who is suffering from stress and depression due to the sleepless nights and begs the media to pressure the police to…do their jobs.
