CityNews – Chom Thong District Police arrested Somros Permboonma (38), a monk at Wat Khamad in Chom Thong District. They seized five amphetamine pills and 600 baht in cash.
According to the police investigation, police knew that the monk had sold the pills to teenagers in the area for around 200 baht per pill. In a set up an undercover officer went to buy 3 pills from the monk for 600 baht. When he pulled out the pills police arrested Somros.
