New Chiang Mai governor appointed

CityNews – Charoen Sanguansat will be taking the position of  Chiang Mai governor replacing Supachai Iamsuwan who has served in this position for a year and now heads off into retirement.

Charoen, who is now 58, started his career in the government office in 1984 at the, now, National Intelligence Agency. He once served as a deputy governor of Chiang Mai in 2012 before being transferred to Lamphun and Tak.
