CityNews – 16th April 2020, Chiang Mai police say they arrested a 20 year old man after finding him driving his motorbike near Central Festival last night after curfew. When arrested, he man told police that he was so bored being at home and lonely and just wanted to get out and ride his bike.
Police say that while they empathise with him, they can not make an exception to the law and urge all citizens to understand that the law must be enforced.
Two other men were also arrested on their way home from visiting friends after curfew last night.
