Brawlers who ganged up on college student arrested

CityNews – Following a report published yesterday about Apimuk Sangtui, 22, who was attacked by a group of brawlers following a road rage dispute, an arrest was announced on September 27th.

The attackers are a couple of 16 and 17 year old boys, and two adults, Oung Yod-ngoen, 18, and Oung Kam, 21. All are Myanmar nationals and members of the “black pigeon” gang. Police revealed that the gang consists of at least 30 members operating in the Muang, San Sai and Doi Saket Districts. They reportedly do not have criminal records but are known for gathering at night for street racing.

The four attackers are charged with physical assault and possessing weapons.
