CityNews – 20th April 2020, Saraphi police have announced that from the Sri Boonrueng Intersection on the Chiang Mai-Lampang Road into the city onwards traffic is severely backed up and urges motorists to prepare extra time for travel.
They are urgently finding a solution but if possible it is best to avoid this road.
