CityNews – 15th May the fire department was informed that there was a body in the moat.
The body was of a man, aged around 40 years old, who has yet to be identified. He was wearing a grey t-shirt, jeans, and black canvas shoes.
The officials didn’t find any belongings and documents with him. There were no witnesses to the incident.
The cause of death is unclear. Police believe he might be killed and left in the moat or he might have accidentally slipped into the moat and died.
The investigations are ongoing.
