CityNews – The head of Galyani Vadhana District Office Chiang Mai, Acting Sub Lt. Narongchai Chindapan, has asked for milk donations to a local family to help support their 11-year-old daughter, Lalida Siripattanapaisarn, who was born with severe physical disabilities.
According to Lalita’s parents, Lasurlu, 39, and Buppho, 34, Lalita cannot talk, walk, and even eat food. She can only drink milk and must be constantly taken care of.
The couple also have two other daughters who have no physical disabilities. They are a farming family.
