CityNews – A woman so obese that she is unable to walk was admitted to the Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital this morning, according to a report.

Nokkaew Saensomparn, 31, was taken by ambulance from her home in a squatter community in Muang district, The Nation reported. The 300kg woman said she hoped to lose weight and be able to walk again.
The report said officials spent about half an hour preparing to transport Nokkaew to the ambulance, and used dozens of blankets to make a stretcher for her.
