CityNews – Chang Phuak Police arrested a 22-year-old Tai Yai woman for leaving her dead baby in a dumpster at Siriwattana Market in Chang Phuak.

The woman, Namfon (assumed name) was arrested on June 7th after police reviewed the CCTV that shows she left a baby in the dumpster.
The alleged mother confessed that she was in her seventh month of her pregnancy when she allegedly fell into a toilet. She gave birth to her male infant on June 4th but unfortunately the baby died a few days later. She says she was scared and didn’t know what else to do, so she left the dead baby in the dumpster at the market.
Namfon has been charged with concealing a dead body in order to hide an illegal alien birth and for being in the kingdom illegally.
