The Meteorological Department Chiang Mai has announced that temperatures have begun to drop, with winter expected to arrive officially by the last week of October.
The department went on to say that the current average temperature in the upper north is currently 20-21 Celsius. Tomorrow temperatures are expected to drop by another one to two degrees.
