Unity Concord International School (UCIS) celebrated Back to School Night on August 18, 2023, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. The event highlighted UCIS’s commitment to excellence and community.
A major highlight was the announcement of UCIS’s accreditation by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), emphasizing its dedication to high-quality education. Administrators from sister schools, CIA First International School and Institute of Global Citizenship (IGC), shared their warm congratulations, strengthening the institutions’ shared pursuit of global understanding and academic excellence.
The festive evening featured student performances, a bouncy house, face painting, engaging games, tram rides, and hot air balloons for photos. UCIS representatives discussed offerings like the Parent-Teacher Association, Clubs, STREAM initiative, Sustainability, college counseling, ROTC, and the House system.
“We celebrate our Back to School Night’s success,” said school founder Amporn Garmolgomut. “It showcased our achievements and the vibrant, inclusive community that defines UCIS.”
