CityNews – Care for Dogs Foundation in Chiang Mai has reported that pets are being stolen in the Chiang Mai Land Road and Chang Klan Road area.
The alert was raised by a vigilant member of the public, who was extremely upset after her cat was stolen from inside her back yard. She contacted neighbors on the Moo baan Wiant Thong for information, only to find that several other households had also experienced similar sad losses.
