Manhunt for Bridegroom Murderer Who is Believed to be Southern Militant

CityNews – A search has been launched to find the person responsible for the slaughter of a man in Pattani the eve before he was due to get married.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the suspected murderer.  The groom was found dead in the Mayo district, on Monday, May 26th, which was the night before his big day.

The suspect is thought by police to be a southern militant who is wanted in connection with several other cases. The man in question, named by authorities as Marudin Tahe, is accused of breaking into the wedding ground with at least three accomplices, where they shot the victim at close range.  The victim died at the scene.
