Laura Gibbs co-authored Becoming An Expat: Thailand with Shannon Enete, the editor and creator of the series.

Freelance writer Gibbs, 26, is originally from Bristol in western England. She has been in Thailand for four years and Chiang Mai for more than two years.

She says the book covers everything foreigners need to know about living in Thailand, including information on healthcare, visas, education, buying an apartment, starting a business, bringing pets and much more.

“Becoming An Expat: Thailand is an up-to-date, informative resource perfect for both people wanting to move to Thailand and those already here,” she said.

The book is available from Amazon, in both paperback and Kindle editions.
