Chiang Mai Wants 23 Million Baht From Government to Build Cycle Lanes

CityNews – The Chiang Mai Provincial Administration will seek a budget of at least 23 billion baht from the government to create cycle lanes in the city, a report said yesterday.

The money will be used to build cycle lanes around the city and in tourist areas, The Nation quoted Chiang Mai’s chief tourism and sports officer Montree Piyakul as saying.

The budget would come from the Tourism and Sports Ministry’s Physical Education Department, he said.
