Starting in January 2021, Magnolia Garden International School will be opening its doors in the beautiful grounds of Chiang Mai Montessori.

Offering a creative Cambridge curriculum that runs alongside Montessori, the school will focus on Year 1 (5-6 year olds) when it first opens, expanding every year after that.

The curriculum is designed to be future-focused, environmentally grounded with strong emphasis on sustainability, permaculture and entrepreneurial skills.

The school’s vision highlights its creative approach to learning and provides:

An innovative and vibrant international and sustainable learning community that evolves, adapts and responds to our students’ growth.

A fundamental aim is to build a community of learners with the strength of character, morals and integrity to develop and maintain a sustainable future through entrepreneurial thinking. The core competencies of Mathematics, English and Science will be taught as per the Cambridge outline however creative freedom and thinking will be encouraged at all times.

Each child will learn their core subjects in the morning while afternoons are dedicated to learning outside in the stunning grounds where there are makerspaces to build, bake, grow and create – offering the unique chance to become real entrepreneurs in the Magnolia Garden ‘Little Village’.

Anyone who is interested is invited to Magnolia Garden’s open day on Tuesday 27th October from 9am-11am.
