A case was filed against a Chiang Mai University lecturer who was caught using a tablet to film under students’ skirts. The alleged perpetrator, Jadet Taechasai, 31, turned himself in to authorities on November 6th. His lawyer bailed him out with a land title deed valued 200,000 baht. Jadet must report to police again on November 18th. He and his father refused to comment on the case. Jadet’s lawyer stated that his client admits to all charges and has no intention to flee.
