CityNews – 12th March 2020, the Head of Customer & Service Management Business at AIS, Busaya Stitpipatkul, announced a new partnership designed for today’s COVID-19 era.
With the COVID-19 being declared by the WHO as a pandemic, precautions must be taken, and AIS’s loyalty programme is responding to that by partnering with Food Panda and Line Man so as to help customers avoid contact and better able to stay home and receive food deliveries.
There will also be discounts and special promotions for all AIS and Serenade clients:
- Food Panda will offer discounts as well as free delivery to a whopping 47 provinces all over Thailand. Apply to receive this priviledge from now until the end of June.
- All AIS customers who are new to Food Panda will receive an automatic 100 baht discount while all Serenade customers who are new to Food Panda will receive a 120 baht discount when ordering over 200 baht on Food Panda. (one phone number per one privilege – with free delivery).
- All current Food Panda customers of AIS will receive a 40% discount and Serenade customers a 50 baht discount when ordering over 100 baht. (one phone number two privileges per month – with free delivery). Simply apply to myAIS app and add the discount code to ‘Do you have a voucher?’
- Line Man will offer discounts from five famous restaurants for AIS and Serenade customers starting at only 99 baht (normal prices 200-248 baht) with a delivery charge starting at only 10 baht. Starting 23rd March until 22nd April.
