23rd March 2020, following orders to close many businesses across Bangkok and beyond as of the 22nd March until the 12th April, AIS will be temporarily closing all branches of AIS Shop, Serenade Club and AIS Telewiz.
Customers may still use AIS services through online channels:
• my AIS app to pay bills, add money, increase packages https://myais.ais.co.th/
• AIS Online Store to purchase goods and services such as smart phones, tablets, accessories, IoT equipment. There is free home delivery with no minimum order.
• AIS Contact Center 1175 providing information and problem solving. Clients can also call 1149 and follow news and updates on Social Media
AIS has a team of engineers on standby to ensure continued coverage and connectivity around the clock across the country.
