Café Kantary

Café Kantary now has two branches, one in Nimmanhaemin and one in Kad Farang. Starting its life as a little cake shop with cute indoor and outdoor seating, it has now grown and flourished in Chiang Mai and is well known for its delicious baked goodies – made by the top pastry chef at Kantary Hills Hotel.

Now, their café serves more than just baked goods, with a range of delightful food options and scrumptious drinks. The quality is of course on par with the high standard of the Kantary hotels and they emphasise fresh and top of the range ingredients in all their creations.

We recommend the Thai-Japanese inspired omelette with rice, topped with a tom yum gung sauce – a curious mixture of Thai and Japanese flavours and techniques. They also have stir-fried spaghetti with salmon, a Hokkaido sashimi salad and a generous collection of sweeter nibbles such as Macaroons, Tart Tatin, and their best-selling Oh La Lah Honey Toast.

Top it all off with a hot or cold Kantary Coff and a takeaway bag full of macaroons for a snack later in the day – they are irresistible after all!
